INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION

  1. Log on website- RUEDSS to access the Home page.
  2. Before filling up the form candidates are advised to carefully go through the Relevant notifications/advertisement on the website of Rural Urban Education Development Selection Services.
  3. Click on Notifications/Advertisements menu to view all details and number of seats.
  4. Click on "Notifications/Advertisements" link would take you to the list of all the active Notifications, where you can select to Apply for any of the listed notification by clicking on the link "Apply" against each notification.
  5. Click on "Apply" button it wil open option "Registration" (Basic Information).
    For step-1 Candidate Registration process you have to click on "Registration" option it will fetch out Basic Information Registration page fields with * indication are mandatory and essential to be filled in by the candidate. Every field has clear instructions for filling up online form are written, which should be carefully read and strictly followed by the candidates while filling up the form.
  6. Read User guidelines carefully using "User Instruction" option.
    The Application form divided into three steps namely Step-1 "Registration"(Basic Information), Step-2 "Fee Deposit" and Step-3 "Submit Application Form".
     

Step-1

Now click on "Registration" option to accomplish step-1 of form submission.
Registration (Basic Information) form :
Here the system asks for Candidate's Personal Information including 'Applied for', 'Name', 'Father's/husband's name', 'Category', 'Sub Category', 'DOB', Gender, 'Contact No.', Email-Id, Qualification details, and other relevant information.  After entering verification code Click on "Submit" button at bottom of the page, after that your Registration Slip will display where you can find your 09 digit registration number with detail that you can also take print for future reference.
[The candidates are supposed to fill in the Payment Details while filling up Step-2 of the Online Application Submission].
 

Step-2

After completion of Step-1, there are 2 level to complete online application process :
Step-2 (i) Fee Desposit
Step-3 (ii) Submit Application form.
After completion of Step-1, click on "Continue" or "Fee Deposit" button of Step-2, page will open. Select payment method and choose one from the last given an pay the fee. 
[The candidates may however note that application would be treated as incomplete and rejecte unless accompanied with Step-3 Application Form Submission].
 

Step-3

Click  on "Submit Application Form" would take you to the Step-3 of the online application.
Now to complete online application submission you just click on "Submit Application Form".
Clicking on "Submit Application Form" button it will opens-up a page and ask for Candidate Registration Number and Mobile No. and then click on submit button. After that you fill Fee details,  Scanned photograph with signature and some of your personal details that you filled during registration process. After filling of required information enter verification code and click on submit button to complete form submission and to take print-out of Application Form.
[Here the candidate is required to upload the images of recent (within three months) Color Photograph in dark clothes (contrast color with respect to white background) and Signature Specimen. Images to be uploaded should be only in (*.jpeg, *.jpg, *.gif, *.png) format of size not exceeding 60 KB each.
# The candidate should scan his signature, which has been put on white paper using Black Ink pen with his/her photograph.

Declaration :
At the bottom of the page there is a 'Declaration' for the candidates. Candidates are advised to go through the contents of the Declaration carefully.
Candidate can see all the particulars in Step-3 that are filled by them.
After filling all above particulars if you are sure with filled details then click on "Submit" button to finally push data into server with successfully submission report that you can print.

[Candidates applying online need NOT send hard copy of the Online Application filled by them online or any other document/certificate/testimonial to the RUEDSS Office. However they are advised to take printout of the Online Application and retain it for further communication with the RUEDSS]. [The Candidates applying for should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission.  Their admission at all the stages will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions].
